Your 30 days begin the moment your account is created. During this period you have access to the Aetos CRM software on the same terms as a paying subscriber, including the contact database, unified inbox, pipelines, calendars, quoting tools, forms, workflows and reporting.
Your account opens with the Aetos template loaded, which gives you a working pipeline structure, calendar setup and follow up sequences ready to explore and adjust yourself.
What the 30 days cover. The trial is access to the software and the loaded template. Custom build work carried out by our team, including your branded instant quoting funnel, is a separate service that begins once your plan starts. Section 02 explains this in full.
Your custom instant quoting system is included with every Aetos plan at no additional cost. This is done for you work built by our team to your business, and it typically includes a branded quote form, your pricing logic, the automation that delivers the quote, and the wiring into your CRM.
Build work begins once your first payment has been processed, which is on day 31 unless you start your plan earlier. To keep your build moving we will ask you for your pricing information, and the build timeline runs from the date we receive it.
Please note. The instant quoting build is not carried out during the free 30 days. If you would like your build to start sooner, you are welcome to begin your plan early at any point during the trial by contacting us, and your build will start from that date.
A valid payment method is required to open your trial account. This confirms your identity and allows your plan to continue without interruption when the 30 days end.
You may change plans at any time by contacting us. A change to a higher plan takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. A change to a lower plan takes effect from your next billing date.
You are free to cancel at any point during your 30 days and nothing will be charged to your payment method.
To cancel, email [email protected] from the address on your account before the end of day 30. We will confirm your cancellation in writing. Your access continues until the end of your 30 day period, after which the account is closed.
Timing matters. Cancellation requests received on or after day 31 apply to your following billing month, and the payment already taken for the current month stands.
Once your first payment has been processed, fees are non refundable. This includes part months, unused time and months where the software was not actively used.
The reason is straightforward. Your payment triggers the start of your custom instant quoting build, and our team begins allocating time and building to your business from that point. That work is delivered whether or not the software is used afterwards.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling ends your renewals from the next billing date and your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for.
Your protection. The full 30 days are provided precisely so you can make this decision before any money changes hands. We encourage you to use the software properly during that time.
Some features carry a small per use cost charged by the underlying providers. These include outbound and inbound calls, SMS and MMS messages, email sending volume, phone number rental, premium workflow actions and AI features.
These usage charges are separate from your monthly plan and apply during the 30 day period as well, because real messages and calls cost real money to send. You control your own usage, you can see it in your account at any time, and you top up your usage balance only when you choose to use those features.
The contacts, conversations, files and records you put into your account belong to you. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
If your account closes, whether by cancellation during the trial or later, we retain your data for 30 days so you can request an export, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend exporting anything you want to keep before your account closes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you load, for holding valid consent for the people you contact through the platform, and for your use of the platform complying with the marketing, privacy and spam laws that apply to your business.
The Aetos platform, snapshots, templates, workflows, automations, forms, quoting logic and any system we build for you remain the intellectual property of Aetos.
While your subscription is active you hold a licence to use them in your business. If your subscription ends, that licence ends with it and access to the templates and any build delivered to you is removed. Your own data remains yours and is available for export as described in section 07.
Copying, reselling, reverse engineering or reproducing any part of the Aetos system outside your own business is not permitted.
The 30 day offer is available once per business. Creating multiple accounts to extend the free period, sharing your login outside your team, or using the platform to send unsolicited messages may result in the account being closed.
We reserve the right to decline or end a trial where the platform is being used in a way that puts our infrastructure, our sending reputation or other users at risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one published on this page on the date you started your trial, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
If we make a change that materially affects an active subscriber, we will let you know by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any matter arising from them.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
